Le t-shirt se tricote d’une seule pièce en commençant par le haut. L’empiècement se tricote en jersey à plat en allers retours en faisant des augmentations pour le raglan. Ensuite les m des manches sont mises en attente et le corps est tricoté en rond. Les manches sont aussi tricotées en circulaire. La finition en i-cord sur le bas du pull, les manches et l’encolure accentue le coté t-shirt. Pour le motif, l’empiècement est en rayures tricolores et le corps en jacquard (voir grille). Le motif ne présente aucune difficulté (jamais plus de 2 couleurs sur le même rg) et est très facile à retenir.
Je recommande de porter le modèle avec environ 5 cm d’aisance positive.

The Penny sweater is knitted in one piece starting from the top, first in stockinette stitch in flat with raglan increases. Next, the sleeve stitches are put on hold and the body is knitted in the round. The sleeves are also knitted in the round. The i-cord finish on the bottom of the sweater, the sleeves and the neckline accentuate the t-shirt look.
For the pattern, the top of the sweater is knitted with tricolor stripes and the body in jacquard (see the chart).
The jacquard pattern presents no difficulty (never more than 2 colors on the same row) and it’s easy to remember.
I recommend wearing the sweater with about 5 cm of positive ease at the bust.
